By predicting and displaying performance indicators not easily attained from trial-and-error tests, the technology empowers users to make better informed decisions on tooling and toolpath strategies, creating processes that machine dramatically faster while improving tool life and part quality. The software has been proven to complement a variety of programming approaches, including NX, CATIA, ESPRIT, Mastercam, WorkNC, and Volumill. As a commercial service offering, Third Wave engineers will travel to customer facilities, guiding users through a four-step technology implementation program that ensures individuals maximize software capabilities from the start. |
