Dear Friends of Third Wave,

2011 was another great year for our company. TWS grew our commercial business by almost 25%, and nearly every geography and vertical market that we serve experienced significant growth. Here are some highlights:

  1. AdvantEdge FEM sales doubled over 2010... in fact, we sold more seats of AdvantEdge FEM in 2011 than the past three years combined.
  2. Production Module sales also increased significantly, due in part to a supply chain deployment model that transitioned our software in a record number of new customer sites in 2011.
  3. We saw our best year ever in the automotive vertical -- proof of the ongoing recovery in Detroit.
  4. Despite the tsunami, Japanese companies set a new TWS record for software revenue.
  5. Sales in Germany were up 200 percent over 2010. Germany has become our number three market, trailing only Japan and the U.S.
  6. TWS completed several significant internal infrastructure projects, which will allow us to continue delivering better product and providing the best service possible to customers.
