Third Wave Systems Re-Opens Detroit Office
Minneapolis, MN USA
March 22, 2011
Third Wave Systems is excited to announce that it has reopened its Detroit, Michigan, office. In 2008, the decision was made to relocate personnel to the company’s Minneapolis headquarters until the economic environment in Detroit took a turn for the better. Today, the company is pleased to once again have staff visible in Detroit, who will focus on serving the quickly-recovering automotive market. Third Wave Systems (TWS), a rapidly expanding machining modeling software company, develops and sells predictive material modeling software that has been used by some of the industry’s leading organizations to reduce cycle times, improve tool life and part quality, and minimize production costs. TWS’s renewed presence in Detroit will allow the company to once again closely serve the needs of its automotive customer base through local sales support and technical machining expertise.
“Automotive manufacturers and suppliers have always been a key market for Third Wave,” said Kerry Marusich, TWS President. “We have worked with many of the Detroit companies since our inception, and we are confident the future holds many more great things for the automotive industry. We know that there’s no better way to serve our customers than to work side-by-side with them. It’s time for us to get back to work in Detroit, and our regional office helps us do just that.”
