A Message from Third Wave Systems

Header

Over our two-day Users Conference, attendees were informed of changes to Third Wave Systems that are some of the most important for the long-term success of our company. These internal changes will enhance our products, services, and your overall customer experience. We’re excited about the activity, and wanted to share the news with you:

  • Quality -- Our staff now includes a group of individuals dedicated to ensuring better overall products and providing timely feedback on new software features and algorithms.
  • Products -- A higher quality product that doesn’t meet customer needs isn’t good enough. By staffing a full-time product management and support position, TWS is working to identify new product opportunities and market needs, as well as focusing on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Computing Resources -- By doubling the number of nodes within our computing cluster, we have successfully increased our overall development throughput on both the product and service sides of our business. Our productivity center’s testing and process development services are critical to the business, and we continue to fund ongoing software validation and verification efforts.

Let’s keep making smart machining decisions!
Kerry Marusich, TWS President
