There is no doubt that these are unprecedented times. We understand many of you have had to make temporary adjustments and changes to your work plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will work with you to figure out a way to minimize the disruption and make that one less thing you have to worry about.
We have had to make some adjustments at our end as well. To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, we have enabled them to work from home. As a result, when you call our office phone line, we may not be able to get to your calls right away. For faster response, we request you to use email as the primary means of communication with our Engineering Support team. The team continues to work with the same commitment and intensity that you have come to expect from us. We will respond to your queries and support questions within 1 business day, likely, much sooner.
