2010 Users Conference attendees will stay at The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis, featuring exceptional meeting facilities and state-of-the-art amenities. Just nine miles from Lambert St. Louis International Airport, The Ritz-Carlton is within easy reach of the area's most popular historic sites and attractions. Third Wave Systems will host a majority of our event within The Ritz-Carlton's 29,000 square feet of meeting space.

TWS has reserved rooms at The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis for the group rate of $159 per night ($111 per night with U.S. government credentials).

This room rate is only good for rooms booked by April 30, 2010. Third Wave Systems cannot guarantee the rate after April 30.

GROUP RATE - Most individuals will register for the Users Conference under a low group rate of $159 per night. To secure this pricing, log on to www.ritzcarlton.com/stlouis and expand the "Group/Promo Codes" section of the reservations panel. Third Wave Systems' group code is TDWTDWA, which must be entered into the Group Code field (shown below). GOVERNMENT RATE - Individuals with U.S. government credentials may only secure lodging for a rate of $111 per night by contacting Third Wave Systems directly. As this pricing is exceptionally low for The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis, TWS event coordinator Linda Hammer must book all rooms on behalf of government attendees.
