- Challenge: Reduce cycle times for an aerospace customer's complex, pre-existing component (pictured below)
- Approach: Import tool information, stock, and workpiece materials from Mastercam into Production Module. Run simulations to identify areas for improvement, define key areas for optimization, and run portions of initial simulations again until desired results are achieved.

- Results: 17% cycle time reduction for first operation, 20% cycle time reduction for second operation.
