Kerry J. Marusich
Mr. Marusich is the founder and President of Third Wave Systems. Prior to founding the Company in 1993, Mr. Marusich held various positions in operations and design engineering at Honeywell, Inc., where he was employed for 10 years. Mr. Marusich was also the founder of The Tetrad Group, a Minneapolis, MN, based manufacturing productivity consulting company, and is a partner in North St. Paul Industrial Ventures, a privately held investment company. He has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. degree in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota.
Troy Marusich, Ph.D., P.E.
Dr. Marusich is the Company's Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Product Development. Prior to joining the Company in 1995, Dr. Marusich held various engineering positions at Honeywell, Inc., and John Deere. He is also a partner in North St. Paul Industrial Ventures. Dr. Marusich has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Engineering from Brown University.
Lisa A. Ferris
Lisa A. Ferris is Third Wave System’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of operations, finance, and M&A. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ferris was involved in building businesses for over 20 years. Her most recent experience was at RBC Dain Rauscher, where she was EVP and Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for over 900 employees and an operating plan of $190 million. Ms. Ferris worked with investment bankers and internal M&A teams on both the buy and sell sides, resulting in acquisitions which increased business by more than 80 per cent. Ms. Ferris has a B.S. degree in Business from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School, and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
