Board of Directors
In addition to the company's management team, Third Wave has a Board of Directors whose members bring to the table years of senior management, marketing and technical experience in growing high-tech companies.
Tom Glisczinski
1999-Present
Mr. Glisczinski brings more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing software development, sales, and marketing. He is the President and founder of Applied CIM Technologies, a developer and supplier of manufacturing software systems. Prior to establishing Applied CIM Technologies, Mr. Glisczinski served as President of both Intercim and Manufacturing Data Exchange, companies that specialize in manufacturing information and quality control systems. Earlier positions include Vice President of Technology for CAMAX, a pioneering CAD/CAM provider, and Product Manager for MTS Systems, a developer and supplier of material testing systems. Mr. Glisczinski holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, both from the University of Minnesota.
